A new kind of therapist community

What if you didn’t have to practice alone? Too often, therapists are left navigating overwhelming Facebook groups or impersonal associations that don’t deliver real connection or practical support.

Between Sessions is something different—a community built by and for therapists. It’s a trusted space for meaningful connection, day-to-day support, and sharing wisdom with peers who understand the work.

Practical support
for your day to day

When you join Between Sessions you’ll find expertly facilitated live case consultation groups, access to qualified referrals across the country, curated resources to strengthen your practice and business, and uplifting, connective conversations.

A safe, supportive,
trustworthy space

Between Sessions is moderated and guided by community standards so you can connect openly and safely without ads, spam, or endless scrolling.
Our Community Standards are more than rules, they’re an agreement to help the space feel safe, supportive, and trustworthy.

Who should join Between Sessions?

We’re co-creating Between Sessions with mental health professionals in private practice. The community is open to all licensed mental health clinicians, pre-licensed trainees, supervisors, and practice leaders committed to connecting and strengthening the field together.

And, it’s completely free :)

"We shouldn't practice in a vacuum. Pulling from the knowledge and experience of my peers — and being able to apply that to a situation with a client — that's been really helpful!"

"I'm a bit of a lone wolf, so this has been incredibly helpful. There's an element of self-care here, and I always look forward to connecting with the group."

Michelle Mauzé, LCSW, LCDC, SAP
Free Spirit Counseling

"There was a sort of existential magic that occurred to bring this group together. I don't exactly know how to replicate or recreate that magic on my own. What I DO know is that it occurred here, and I'm full of gratitude."
