Focus on your clients. Blueprint handles your notes and more.

Record live, dictate, or type a few lines. Blueprint drafts the note in your preferred format and voice in about a minute. Then ask for a plan, a letter, or a summary. Over 10 million notes written and counting.

Works with or without a recording.

Your format, your voice.

SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP, EMDR, intake notes, psychiatric evaluations, or a custom template that matches how you already write. Every note is shaped by the client's history, and when you want a change, type it into Magic Edit in your own words. Set those preferences once, and every note after follows them.

Capture the session once. Draft anything from it.

The same session can become a treatment plan, an accommodation letter, or a biopsychosocial assessment. When treatment wraps up, Blueprint drafts the discharge summary from the entire record. And with a treatment plan in place, every progress note automatically captures progress toward its goals.

to use it.

Recording, note formats, and your writing style work the same in both. The difference is where the finished note lives.

FAQs

Do I have to record my sessions?

No. Recording gets the richest notes, but you can also dictate after the session, type a written summary, or upload existing audio, and Blueprint drafts the note from any of them.

How much does it cost?

Blueprint is pay-per-session with no subscription or monthly minimum, and credits never expire. You can start for free with no credit card required. See pricing here blueprint.ai/pricing.

What happens to the audio?

It's permanently deleted after transcription. Recordings are never accessible to anyone, at any time.

Will notes sound like me?

Yes. Blueprint writes in your preferred format and voice, shaped by each client's history. Correct anything in plain language, set your preferences once, and every note after follows them.

What about client consent?

Blueprint helps you obtain client consent for recording, in line with best practices, before any session is captured.

Does it work in languages other than English?

Yes. Blueprint transcribes sessions in a wide range of languages, so you can work with clients in the language you normally use together.

Therapy changes lives. AI should empower the people who provide it.
