Follow up with every client, without writing every message.

You know what to say. Blueprint writes the message in your voice, sends it to the address on file, and cc's you. For one client or your whole caseload.

A single sentence from you—a finished email to your client.

Follow-ups, written and sent for you.

Ask Blueprint to remind a client about their homework, share a worksheet, or recap the plan you made together. With your notes behind it, the message reflects what you worked on.

Draft it once,
send it to everyone.

Announce time off, a schedule change, or a fee update once, and Blueprint sends it to everyone who needs it. Each client gets their own individually addressed email.

Some messages
are hard to get right.

The check-in after a long break. The referral letter. The explanation you want in plain language before you walk a client through it. Ask Blueprint for a draft, edit right in chat, then send.

One AI. Two ways
to use it.

Writing and sending work the same in both. The difference is what Blueprint already knows when you ask.

Alongside your EHR

Keep your current EHR. Tell Blueprint who the message is for and what it should cover. With your notes behind it, that's often just a one sentence request.

All-in-one EHR

Your schedule and caseload live in Blueprint too. If you need to cancel a session, it already knows who you’re scheduled with. Ask it to reschedule or send a self-scheduling link, and it's done. Ask who hasn't been in for a few weeks and follow up in the same conversation.

FAQs

How much does it cost?

Blueprint is pay-per-session with no subscription or monthly minimum, and credits never expire. You can start for free with no credit card required. See pricing here blueprint.ai/pricing.

Does Blueprint submit claims for me?

In the All-in-one EHR, yes: claims go out electronically and payments are tracked automatically. Alongside your EHR, Blueprint explains, drafts, and checks; you submit through your existing system.

Can it check a client's insurance eligibility?

In the All-in-one EHR, yes: run the check from the client's record and it verifies active coverage and benefits for the date of service. Once it's on file, ask Blueprint what it means for the client's cost. With Alongside your EHR, paste the eligibility response you have and Blueprint will interpret it.

Is this legal or billing advice?

No. Blueprint explains payer language, flags documentation gaps and denial risks, and drafts the documents you need. It doesn't determine billing compliance or guarantee payment, and you review everything before it's used.

I work with a biller. Is this still useful?

Yes. Blueprint helps you answer your biller's questions faster, understand what they send you, and handle the pieces that stay on your plate, like notes that support the codes you bill.

Therapy changes lives. AI should empower the people who provide it.
