Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can stop purchasing or using AI session credits at any time and continue using Blueprint Core for free.

Is pricing different for part-time versus full-time clinicians?

Pricing naturally adjusts based on usage. Part-time clinicians typically purchase fewer sessions, while full-time clinicians purchase more sessions to support a higher caseload.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you’re moving between Plus and Pro, your session credits will transfer automatically and a proper exchange rate will be applied. For example, it you have 20 Pro session credits and change to a Plus plan, you’ll have 30 Plus session credits. 

If you’d like to downgrade to Core, you will keep your session credits and can use them as you’d like, but won’t be charged for any additional session credits going forward.

Why is Blueprint’s EHR free? What’s the catch?

There is no catch. EHRs are primarily storage systems. They store records – from charts to notes to documents to claims. In today’s modern age, it doesn’t cost as much as it once did to store this information. Yet, your EHR keeps raising the price each year, even as the system remains the same.

We think this is wrong. And we think therapists deserve better.

That’s why we’re offering our EHR for free. Incentives matter, which is why we only make money through our AI Assistant when we actually take real work off your plate.

Is there a monthly minimum or contract?

No. There is no monthly commitment or contract required.

Do session credits expire?

No. Session credits never expire.

You can use them at your own pace, which makes Blueprint a good fit for clinicians with variable schedules or part-time caseloads.

How does pricing work for Plus and Pro?

Plus and Pro use usage based pricing.

When you sign up, you’ll get 5 free Pro session credits so you can trial the full platform. Once you use these up, you can choose to downgrade to Core or purchase additional session credits on either the Plus or Pro plan. As you use these session credits up, you can purchase additional sessions, either manually or through auto-replenish. Session credits never expire.

What’s the difference between Core, Plus, and Pro?

Core includes a free all-in-one EHR.

Plus adds an AI Assistant that transcribes sessions, automates documentation, preps you for sessions, and provides clinical decision support. 

Pro includes everything in Plus, along with the ability to chat with your Assistant directly. This allows you to ask complex clinical questions or assign detailed tasks from documentation to scheduling to billing, just like you might with a human assistant.

You can move between plans at any time.

Is Blueprint really free?

Yes. Our Core plan is free and includes an all-in-one EHR. This is not a free trial, and is not limited to a certain number of clients or sessions. We make money through our AI Assistant, which is based on how much work it’s taking off your plate.
